Aubrey is calling out to all her fans in New York to come out and support the launch of “Dare to Love“, the brand new line from Heart on my Sleeve, this Thursday in New York City. The event will be hosted by the goddess that is Aubrey O’Day and is being held at Owl’s Lab starting at 7:00 and ending at 10:00. Click the flyer above for more information and show support! In other news, the launch of her brand new website will be coming this Wednesday. She says the site will have way more interaction with a blog-type of set up, where she will update via blogging…I guess it wouldn’t be much of a change from her twitter. I want to see some video blogs, that would be fantastic! So get excited! A lot of stuff are going to be happening this week for our girl.
I don’t know if ya’ll have been following Aubrey’s twitter lately…but just about 3 days ago, Aubrey, Shanell (D.Wood’s sister), and Grammy award winning producer Maestro, were in the studio recording a remake to the 80′s hit “Party All The Time” by Sharam. They also did a live stream while in the studio, unfortunately I wasn’t up to watch it. Luckily, some members on AOD were able to catch it and here are some interesting snippets. Aubrey told fans that she still “talks to all 4 girls of DK— oops I mean 3″ (HAHAH), and that everything is OK between Aundrea and her. Her magazine cover shoots shes been doing will come out in September and October and she will be starting a brand new movie after her run with Peepshow ends. Aubrey has also been hard at work trying to launch the new line of Heart on my Sleeve which will include shirts for her straight male fans (always trying to please everyone :D)! Those were some new info as to what she has planned for us in the feature…besides that, she sang snippets of “Poetry” and gave some advice to Shanell while she was recording in the studio.
In the meanwhile, Maestro is hard at work trying to edit the track and hopefully we will get to hear it soon. All Aubrey fans should tweet him to post it soon!!
Heart On My Sleeve has been in L.A all weekend at the Rohn Padmores gifting suites/lounges for the 2009 MTV Movie Awards. Check out some photos of the celebs who stopped by. Can’t wait for the new line to launch!

People always told Aubrey that she wore her heart on her sleeve. After hearing this so many times, she was eventually drawn to create a clothing line based around the concept. The ultra cool t-shirts, hoodies, and boy-briefs are of premium quality, printed exclusively on American Apparel clothing. And the phrases on the shirts reflect real life experiences and are implemented into simple, however elegant t-shirt designs.
Heart On My Sleeve, a phrase originated by William Shakespeare, has been in use for hundreds of years. But, in this new day and age of pop culture, Heart On My Sleeve is not simply a phrase, it’s a statement…
Here is a video showing previews of Aubrey’s clothing line Heart On My Sleeve, those models sure look familiar! Jaslene Gonzalez of ANTM, Teddy John of 8th and Ocean, and is that….CariDee English of ANTM also? The official website for HOMS is still not open yet, but when it does, I’ll make a post. Here is a sneak peek at whats to come for Aubrey’s clothing line, Heart On My Sleeve, this picture was taken at the Chicago Meet & Greet the other night by a fellow DRO/AODer, Alison Krick. “I <3 Boy who throw rocks at my window” is the line on the shirt, I love t-shirts that have those silly lines. Hopefully there is going to be a line of clothes for men.
